TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SHOW/BROOD STOCK

Monvella Rabbitry ♡Show or breeding Terms & conditionsThis is the agreement for obtaining show/breeding stock from Monvella Rabbitry. We are looking for a professional & friendly relationship will all who acquire from us, all expectations & responsibilities will be made clear by both parties prior to an agreement being made.Here at Monvella we strive for a high quality standard & we take networking with others who strive for the same seriously. We see obtaining from other rabbitries, or offering our precious bunnies to others as a way of both contributing & strengthening a connection within in the community. Both treating those within our network with respect & receiving their respect in return are of great importance to us.By dealing with Monvella, you are agreeing to behave & communicate in an honest & respectful way towards us & our rabbits at all times.All Rabbits bred at Monvella Rabbitry will remain under the prefix MONVELLA, the official name they are given by us may not be changed or altered in any way, both their Prefix & given name will be used to refer to them on paperwork, pedigrees & publicly online or at shows. Credit to be given to Monvella Rabbitry as the rabbits breeder.Monvella Pedigrees are to the absolute best of our knowledge correct & as complete as possible. There will be no changes made to the rabbits pedigree without our authorisation under any circumstances & the record is also to be included with the pedigree of any offspring. The full & complete record is to stay with the rabbit if they are moved on.We take the temperament & health of our rabbits seriously. We will be open about how the rabbit behaves in our care, provide photo/video to your satisfaction prior to an agreement being made & we will never intentionally send out a rabbit who isn’t in good health & condition. Once a rabbit leaves our care we are no longer in control of their diet, routine or environment, therefore any new health or behaviour changes become the responsibility of the new rabbitry.We do not offer any guarantee for success in brood or show. You understand & agree that anything outside of our control will be considered to be luck of the draw.All rung/tattooed rabbits will be taken with the full intention that they will be shown & you agree to share their show results with us. Transfer paperwork will be completed & lodged in a timely manner by both parties.All kittens are to be taken with the full intention on growing them out until full maturity, at a minimum of 12 months.All Monvella rabbits are to be offered back to us here at Monvella PRIOR to advertisement, with a minimal notice of 1 month to organise finances/transportation. We reserve the right to reasonable opportunity & first choice of our own bred rabbits returning to our rabbitry.If we choose not to have the rabbit return to us, you agree to inform us of where they have moved on to, so that we can still do our best to keep a record of where our lines end up.Club ethics & show rules will be abided to at all times. Monvella rabbits are to be treated with respect & kindness at all times. There will be absolutely NO tolerance for negligence regarding the code of ethics or the treatment of our stock.Here at Monvella we do heavily cull/pet home. We absolutely would never send out a bunny we wouldn’t ourselves be happy to receive, or didn’t believe to be of a reasonable quality for brood or show for these purposes. If any issues or concerns arise regarding a Monvella bunny, you understand & agree that the fist thing you should do is report directly back to us so that we have a fair opportunity to resolve in a professional manner.We would like to keep an open line of communication with others & ensure that our records are kept up to date as possible. If there is anything notable to report, such as for example, discovering a recessive gene carried by a Monvella not already listed on the rabbits pedigree, you agree to contact us with this information.You agree that we will not be liable for any transport expenses, or financial loss due to unforeseen, unfortunate circumstance. You are agreeing to take full responsibility for the rabbit, financially or otherwise once they have left out care.All payment towards securing a rabbit with us are non refundable, other than in the event that we cancel the transfer from our end. Failure to collect/transport the rabbit within the agreed time frame will result in additional weekly boarding fees paid in advance, or the rabbit being readvertised.We reserve the right to terminate an agreement to hold our rabbits for any reason we see reasonable. You understand that ultimately, we will prioritise our rabbits/rabbitries best interests.We run a closed rabbitry, all local collections or drop offs will happen at our off site address, no exceptions will be made against this policy.We take our families privacy extremely seriously, Failure to respect this by sharing any of our personal details with others without our permission will result in you being permanently blocked.By transferring a Monvella bunny into your rabbitry, you are agreeing to these terms & conditions. Failure to comply to this agreement will see you placed on our rabbitries ‘black list’Anyone found to be supplying someone who has been ‘black listed’ with Monvella stock will also find themselves on the list.
