TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PET HOMES ♡
These are our Terms & conditions for pet bunnies ♡
Please ask any questions prior to agreement. by sending a payment to secure, or collecting a bunny you are agreeing that you have carefully read through, understand & agree to our Ts&Cs. If we are in agreement & you wish to place a bunny on hold to secure them until the agreed pick-up date then I can send bank details for the holding fee to be sent, Please use the REF bunny(yournamehere) After payment, please send proof of transfer, only at this point will your bunny officially be placed on hold for you. We will organize a suitable pick-up time on the date agreed on prior to you placing your bunny on hold. There may be other people also organizing to meet on the same date so it is important to save the date & book this in advace as an appointment & to show up on time, I will be in contact a few days before to confirm.
By agreeing to these T&Cs, you are agreeing that the holding fee is non refundable for change of mind or circumstance & that holding fee is not transferable to another Bunny.
If you cancel the hold on your bunny of choice or don't show up to collect your bunny on the agreed date this payment will be kept by us as compensation to cover any potential financial loss & waste of our time/efforts that are the result & bunny will be offered to the next suitable home, this is effective immediately so please consider your decision prior to placing your hold.
If you become unreasonably demanding, rude/abusive/threatening at any time then you will forfeit the holding fee & I will cease communication.
The remaining price agreed upon before the hold being placed is due to be paid in exact cash at pick up, or needs to clear into the account before the bunny leaves. The price of bunny is not negotiable & there will be no swapping for a different bunny or viewing other Bunnies at the time of pick up, we run a closed rabbitry.
We can not 100% GUARANTEE that a bunny placed on hold will be available to leave us at the agreed date & in the unlikely event that we do need to cancel for any reason we will refund in full by direct bank ASAP.
We are confident that the sex of the bunny is correct at the point they are placed on hold, however even the most experienced breeder can make the occasional mistake with a young Bunny. The Bunnies sex will be double checked as part of their health check prior to collection & we will offer to refund your holding fee on a bunny if we have made a mistake, if you wish to cancel.
At pick up we encourage you to view your bunny, hold them, look them over & be satisfied with their health, temperament & appearance before you leave. We want everyone to be happy with their new bundle of joy & to have a positive experience, to the very best of our knowledge all bunnies sent out are in perfect health.
Once you accept ownership & leave with your bunny, you are agreeing that you will provide adequate care & cover all future expenses for your Bunny.
If the bunny is to be a pet for a minor then a responsible adult over the age of 18 must agree to take full responsibility for the bunny on their behalf, this includes overseeing & if necessary, completely taking over the daily routine care of the bunny. A young person can not be completely responsible for remembering to complete daily routine care, or they may simply become unwilling/uninterested to continue with it, this is why we need a responsible adult to agree that they are willing to be the primary carer for the bunny before they leave our care.
Once bunny has left our care we are no longer in control of their health or safety. A Bunnies diet, environment & other experiences/situations, as well as the onset of hormones once leaving our care can all influence their health & behavior, we can not guarantee their long term health or temperament. It is the responsible owner of the bunny who agrees to provide a safe & suitable environment/enclosure, follow diet recommendations, problem solve & put in the work for future behavior & socializing, as well as fund all vet expenses for their new bunny.
All adoptions will be final, we will not refund or 'exchange' Bunnies who have already left our care under any circumstances.
By agreeing to our Ts&Cs, you are agreeing that you have received all permissions, considered any allergies, researched & discussed the responsibilities & agreed with all family members that a bunny is the right pet for you & you are accepting the long-term commitment (up to 10 years) & responsibility to this bunny.
If ever you find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance that you need to rehome, you are agreeing to remain responsible, to make the effort & to take as much time needed to find them a safe & suitable new home for them & you are agreeing that you will continue to care for them adequately until the best suitable new home is found for them. You are agreeing that you will not ever dump/abandon your bunny or give them away for FREE online. Please contact us if you need help with rehoming, we always want our bunnies to be happy & safe. If a bunny is returned to us it will be under the conditions that you deliver them to us at your own expense & that you forfit ownership effective immediately. We will not pay/refund for a returned bunny under any circumstances.
Bunnies being offered as pets are NOT to be used as breeding stock. Not all bunnies are suitable for breeding & Our pet/companion bunnies deserve to be in lovely forever pet homes, If you have requested a pet bunny from us then you are agreeing that you are infact looking for a pet, not intending to breed with them.
This is an agreement based on mutual respect & trust. By accepting our Ts&Cs of adoption & taking your new bunny home, you are agreeing to do the right thing by your bunny always ♡
